# Mail the above four items, plus the current [[Augustæum]] and the current [[Augustan Omnibus]] to the new member.
# Notify the [[Custodian of Insignia]] to send a [[Insignia|Member Pin]] to the new member.
# Enter the new member's data into the [[Roster]].
# Send an email to the [[Directors]] informing them of the new member.
