*Confirming the armigerous status of potential members;
*Assisting potential members and [[Rose Associate Members|Associate Members]] with the [[Registration of Arms|registration of their arms ]] with the Society;*Maintaining a record of the arms of all members, particularly the Society [[Registration Members and Associates of Arms|Registrations of Arms]]the Noble Company; and
*Editing the [[Rose Roll of Arms]] in cooperation with the [[Communications|Communications Department]].
