Statutory duties include:

Duties presumed are management of the heraldic affairs of the Noble Company. These might be expected to include:
*Maintaining a record of the arms of all Members and Associates of the Noble Company; and
*Editing the [[Rose Roll of Arms]] in cooperation with the [[Communications|Communications Department]].
