<li>Are members in good standing of The Augustan Society, Inc., and</li>
<li>Have [[Registration of Arms|registered their arms]] with The Augustan Society, Inc., and</li>
<li>Have been accepted in the rank of Knight in a [[List of Recognized Ordersof Chivalry|recognized Recognized Order of Chivalry]], or are members of the Society of the Cincinnati, or are members of the [[Order of the Augustan Eagle]], may be admitted to membership in the Noble Company in the following classes, that is to say:

<li>Knight of the Noble Company, who upon admission to the Noble Company will pay the annual dues (oblations).</li>
