If there is no Dean or they are unresponsive, a member of Headquarters Staff will sign. The [[Assistant Secretary]] will apply the corporate seal to the certificate before it is sent.</li>
<li>Headquarters Staff will notify the [[Assistant Secretary]] of the induction for inclusion in the next [[Agenda|Board Agenda]].</li>
