One of the primary principle topics studied by members of The Augustan Society, Inc., is genealogy, and a significant subset of that topic, especially for American genealogists, is Spanish and Hispanic genealogy and immigration. Thus it is appropriate for the Society to include a Spanish Genealogy Study Group.
Presently inactive, this group was once a committee large enough to publish it's own magazine, ''The [[Spanish-American Genealogist]]''. It may be revived at the request of any Member in [[Good Standing]].
