With the office of Consul being terminated at the end of 2017, that year's State of the Society address will be the last unless . Should the need for such be felt, the [[President]] or Board requests someone could request such reports from a member of the [[Headquarters Staff]]. It should be noted that the President or Board will have to make such a request in each year. One hopes it will be done in sufficient time for the report to prepare samebe prepared.
