* That each group deserves to be governed by a Council, and not by a single officer.
* That each group needs a chief, a vice-chairman who can step in at need, a secretary, and a treasurer.
* That at least the [[Noble Company of the Rose]] each group has unique functions that deserve unique officers; and perhaps the [[Order of the Augustan Eagle]] does as well.
The current plan is to ask the chiefs of each order to propose job descriptions for each office, which the [[Assistant Webmaster for Wiki]] will upload when received, pending amendment of the [[Rule of the Order]] and [[Rule of the Company]]. The [[Eagle Administrator|Eagle]] or [[Assistant Rose AdministratorChancellor]] will prepare appropriate motions to amend the Rules for Council review.
