Due to a lack of response from the representatives of both groups, this Committee was terminated in 2016. It could be reactivated promptly should the two sub-groups name representatives under the auspices of the [[Eagle Assistant Chancellor|Eagle]] and [[Rose Assistant Chancellor|Rose Assistant Chancellors]], presuming the two offices are held by the same person as at present. The current interim plan is to ask the chiefs of each order to propose job descriptions for each officeas a condition of naming such officers, which the [[Assistant Webmaster for Wiki]] will upload when received, pending amendment of the [[Rule of the Order]] and [[Rule of the Company]]. The [[Eagle AdministratorAssistant Chancellor|Eagle]] or [[Assistant Rose Assistant Chancellor]] will prepare appropriate motions to amend the Rules for Council review.
