Due to a lack of response from the representatives of both groups, this Committee was terminated in 2016. It could be reactivated promptly should the two sub-groups name representatives under the auspices of the [[Eagle Assistant Chancellor|Eagle]] and [[Rose Assistant Chancellor|Rose Assistant Chancellors]], presuming the two offices are held by the same person as at present, or by a person appointed by the [[President]].
The interim plan is to ask the chiefs of each order to propose job descriptions for each office as a condition of naming such officers, which the [[Assistant Webmaster for Wiki]] will upload when received, pending amendment of the [[Rule of the Order]] and [[Rule of the Company]]. The [[Eagle Assistant Chancellor|Eagle]] or [[Rose Assistant Chancellor]] will prepare appropriate motions to amend the Rules for Council review.
