* That each group deserves to be governed by a Council, and not by a single officer.
* That each group needs a chief, a vice-chairman who can step in at need, a secretary, and a treasurer.
* That at least the [[Noble Company of the Rose]] each group has unique functions that deserve justify unique officers; and perhaps the [[Order of the Augustan Eagle]] does as wellto address same.
This Committee could be reactivated promptly should the two sub-groups name representatives under the auspices of the [[Eagle Assistant Chancellor|Eagle]] and [[Rose Assistant Chancellor|Rose Assistant Chancellors]], presuming the two offices are held by the same person as at present, or by a person appointed by the [[President]]. The current interim plan is to ask the chiefs of each order to propose job descriptions for each officeas a condition of naming such officers, which the [[Assistant Webmaster for Wiki]] will upload when received, pending amendment of the [[Rule of the Order]] and or [[Rule of the Company]]. The [[Eagle AdministratorAssistant Chancellor|Eagle]] or [[Rose AdministratorAssistant Chancellor]] will prepare appropriate motions to amend the Rules for Council review.
