Two of the primary subjects studied by members of The Augustan Society, Inc., are royalty and genealogy. There are, however, a number of more specific topics within this field, and this [[Study Group]] was created to examine the history and genealogy of the Merovingian Dynasty.

Presently inactive, this group may be reactivated upon the interest of any Member in [[Good Standing]].

The first task of such a revived group would be to create a Charter to define the scope of their studies.
