One of the specialty publications of The Augustan Society, Inc., was the ''Scottish-American Genealogist'', variously titled ''Scottish Genealogical Helper'', and "Scottish Research Committee'', and occasionally published as part of ''The [[Augustan Society Omnibus]]''.

The ''Scottish-American Genealogist'' published 34 issues between 1974 and 1992, inclusive. They were 8&frac12;&times;11", variously staple-bound or included in the perfect-bound ''Augustan Society Omnibus'', and ranged from 5 to 32 pages, with many issues being published in annual groups of four.
