The [[Order of the Augustan Eagle]], a dependency of The Augustan Society, Inc., is lead by a '''Chief''', which office is at all times the Society [[President]]. He is responsible for the following:

* Calling the meetings of the order and setting a schedule for these meetings;
* Appointing council officers from among the OAE membership;
* Creating a budget should the receiver general not be able to, or the position is vacant; and
* Such other responsibilities as the need may arise.
