Responsibility for maintenance of the Five-Year Plan has been delegated to the [[Order of the Augustan Eagle]].
The Order of the Augustan Eagle, being presently unable to muster a quorum at meetings of the [[Eagle Council]], responsibility for maintenancee maintenance of the plan has reverted to the [[Board]].
