Primary among such other duties at present is the charge to maintain the [[Five-Year Plan]].
When the Eagle Council cannot meet due to insufficient officers having been named to obtain a quorum, their work may be done by an ad hoc committee of willing members of the OAE under the chairmanship of any member of the Order.
