Chief of the Order of the Augustan Eagle

This person, who is the society president, is responsible for the following:
- Calling the meetings of the order and setting a schedule for these meetings;
- Appointing council officers from among the OAE membership;
- Creating a budget should the receiver general not be able to, or the position is vacant; and
- Such other responsibilities as the need may arise.
