Membership Committee and Director

Augustus Society membership committee and director seek dynamic experienced professionals to provide the overall leadership, planning and oversight for Augustus Society's strategy for membership. Key responsibilities include driving and leading new membership growth, satisfaction and retention, ensuring strategic focus and alignment with Augustus Society's organization objectives, operational strategy and market needs. Additionally they will be responsible for developing programs/services directed towards building stronger relationships between the Society and its members, while growing its global membership base. Membership committee members should demonstrate understanding of the overall member experience and membership performance, including members needs globally and by region, analyzing and preparing plans to address differences and similarities across groups. This includes developing and orchestrating the enterprise-wide member value proposition; defining the member research agenda and priorities; overseeing integrated member benefits and overseeing membership segments development and product management activities.
