In order to spread the word of its existence and programs, The Augustan Society, Inc., has at times felt the need of a '''Marketing Committee'''. It is lead was led by a [[Committee Chairmen|Chairman]] who is was appointed by and serves served at the pleasure of the [[President]]. It was most recently disbanded in September 2022 and its duties assigned to the [[Membership Committee]].
This committee has taken numerous forms, both by [[Board]] action and by administrative order:<ul><li>Committee of the Board</li><li>Independent Committee</li><li>Sub-Committee of the [[Membership Committee|Membership Committee-of-the-Whole]]</li><li>Part of the Membership Committee's duties</li></ul> The committee normally includes:
<ul>
<li>The Chairman;</li>
<li>Such members as he may choose to appoint, which may include representatives of the [[Membership Committee]] Chairman, [[Justiciar General]], [[Editor-in-Chief]], and others with programs to promote; and</li>
<li>The [[President ]] and [[Headquarters Staff]] as ex officio members.</li>
