Augustus Society marketing committee and director are seeking a Marketing persons, Advisor Marketing persons who will work with the committee to develop high impact campaign strategies to create interest across the Society's products and businesses for the  various Intermediary groups.  You will get to work in an exciting startup environment where you will be encouraged to expand your skills, test your creative boundaries, share new ideas, and most importantly - have fun. Assist in executing cross-channel delivery strategies (messages, content, and experiences) to drive the overall advisor experience. Committee members will partner in building a personalization strategy for both Augustus Society & third-party (appointed and non-appointed) advisors. Oversee programs to ensure deliverables are high quality, aligned with strategy, on time, and on budget. Create and manage project plans marketing/sales campaigns inclusive of timelines, marketing deliverables, and execution. Effectively coordinate with other departments to support and implement campaigns. Understand objectives, review creative briefs, which are required to create all marketing deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute accurate and effective email campaigns. Continuous optimization of campaigns though testing and segmentation.
