In order to recruit and retain members, The Augustan Society, Inc., has created a Membership Committee. It is chaired by the [[Membership Committee Chairman]], who is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the [[President]].
The committee seeks dynamic experienced professionals to provide Committee is responsible for providing the overall leadership, planning and oversight for the Society's strategy for membership development.
Duties of the committee include:
* Growing the Society's global membership base.
Membership Committee members should demonstrate understanding of the overall member experience and membership performance, including members member needs globally and by regionareas of interest, analyzing and preparing plans to address differences and similarities across groups. This includes developing and orchestrating the enterprise-wide member value proposition; defining the member research agenda and priorities; overseeing integrated member benefits and overseeing membership segments development and product management activities.
