=Purpose=
The statutory and published purposes of the Noble Company and its members are:
*To foster the true ideals of chivalry
*Members fulfill their duties to their fellow men through an active practice of the Code of Chivalry and by individual and concerted charitable activities.
Presumed duties of the Noble Company include:
*Assisting Augustan members in selecting Orders they might join, and making suitable introductions and recommendations.
*Outreach to [[Recognized Orders of Chivalry]] to maintain good relations and to invite cooperation on joint projects
*Maintaining and funding a [[Chapel of the Rose|chapel]] at Headquarters, when possible.
=Meetings in Chapter=
The Members of the Noble Company shall meet annually in Chapter at the call of the ''[[Magister Rosae]]''. A quorum is the majority of the Members in good standing. The sole item of business appropriate to such meetings is the election of the ''Magister Rosae'' for the coming year. In years when no meeting in Chapter is held, the [[Rose Administrator]] will arrange for such election by mail ballot in concert with the Society's annual election.
=Administration=
These six senior officers sit as the [[Rose Council|Council of the Noble Company]]:
The Company operates under a [[Charter and Rule of the Company]] granted by the [[Board|Board of Directors]].
