Presumed duties include:
* Overseeing the funding, furnishing, and activities of the [[Chapel of the Rose]] when such exists
* When a Chapel exists, proposing an annual budget for Chapel construction, maintenance, and operation to the [[Rose Receiver General]]
* When a Chapel does not exist, proposing a target amount for and annual contribution to the [[Rose Chapel Fund]]
