<li>Nominate an [[Assistant Treasurer]] for election by the Board;</li>
<li>Nominate an [[Investment Manager]] for election by the Board;</li>
<li>Appoint Chairmen to supervise each fundraising activity, such as [[Subscriptions]], [[Back Issue Sales]], [[Used Book Sales]], New Book Sales, and Surplus Sales (primarily [[Museum]] deaccessions);</li>
<li>Appoint such other Assistant Treasurers for such purposes as may be felt needed; and</li>
<li>Serve as Chairman of the [[Finance Committee]], appointing to it such additional members as he may see fit.</li>
