Note: The contract with [[Consuls]] permit them to style themselves in many ways, including "Executive Director". This is so that those unfamiliar with the term Consul (which is to say, most of the modern world) can more readily understand the authority of the Consul using that title. It has no bearing on an office by the same name, and authority to use that title will of course be rescinded by the creation of such an office.
