The heraldic activites of The Augustan Society, Inc., are gathered informally into the Heraldry Department under the nominal direction of the Chairman of the Heraldry Committee. Web page is here.
The Committees of the Heraldry Department are:
The programs assigned to the Heraldry Department are:
- Registration of Arms, assigned to the Arms Registration Committee
- Society Arms and Logos, assigned to the Heraldry Committee
Other programs that perhaps should be assigned to the Heraldry Department, but for lack of interest, are:
- Augustan Society Roll of Arms, presently assigned to the Communications Department
- Rose Roll of Arms, presently assigned to the Communications Department
- Heraldry Index, presently assigned to the Communications Department
- Online Armorial and Ordinary, presently assigned to the Communications Department
The former Arms Registration Sub-Committee was merged into the Heraldry Committee in 2016.
