The main website of The Augustan Society, Inc., includes a Forum. It is to be monitored by one or more Forum Moderators who are named by and serve at the pleasure of the Social Media Chairman.
Board Policy is that all posts must be reviewed before posting. This is the primary duty of the Moderators, who are granted sufficient privileges on the web site to perform this task. The goal, and the reason to name multiple Moderators, is to approve (or reject) all posts within 24 hours.
The Forum has only recently been enabled, and the Webmaster and Moderators are learning how the software works. One may expect additional data on this page once more is learned.
