One of the primary topics studied by members of The Augustan Society, Inc., is chivalry, and a significant subset of that topic is the philosophy of chivalry and knighthood. Thus it is appropriate for the Society to include a Chivalric Philosophy Study Group.

Note that this is separate from the Chivalry Committee, the Chivalry Study Group, and the ICI Members' Newsletter (though it has much in common with the latter).

This group is presently dormant, but may be revived by any interested Member by petition to the Dean of Studies.

The first task of such a revived group would be to create a Charter to define the scope of their studies.
