The Noble Company of the Rose, a dependency of The Augustan Society, Inc., has chosen to develop a Knights Training Program under the leadership of the Rose Training Officer.

The program is to be based initially on the lessons created by Wilson Van Dusen, MRE, and published as Vigil: A Knight's Training Program.

Previously the efforts on the book and the training program were independent and had different supervision. These tasks are now united in the office of the Rose Training Officer under the direction of the Magister Rosae.
