All activities of the Royalty & Nobility Department fall under the control of this Committee unless the Board or Chairman has created another Committee and charged them with responsibility.

This is a very difficult issue, as it requires the Society to define "gentleman"; something this Committee has expressed great fear of attempting. It may prove an impossible task.

Proposal: The Society should maintain and publish a list of those individuals whose gentility has been recognized by the Society.
