In order to recruit and retain members, The Augustan Society, Inc., has created a Membership Committee. It is chaired by the Membership Committee Chairman, who is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the President.
The Committee is responsible for providing the overall leadership, planning and oversight for the Society's strategy for membership development.
Duties of the committee include:
- Driving and leading new membership growth, satisfaction, and retention;
- Ensuring strategic focus and alignment with the Society's organization objectives, operational strategy, and market needs;
- Developing programs and services directed towards building stronger relationships between the Society and its members;
- Growing the Society's global membership base.
