One of the primary topics studied by members of The Augustan Society, Inc., is history, and a significant subtopic the Byzantine Empire. Thus it is appropriate for the Society to include a Byzantine Study Group.

Presently inactive, this group may be revived at the request of any Member in Good Standing.

The first task of such a revived group would be to create a Charter to define the scope of their studies.
