Royalty & Nobility Committee

The royal and nobliliary activities of The Augustan Society, Inc., are under the general direction of the Royalty & Nobility Committee. The Committee is under the direction of the Royalty & Nobility Committee Chairman who is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the President. He may appoint such members to the Committee as he may see fit, with the President and Headquarters Staff as ex officio members.

Activities of the Committee include:

1. Recognition of fontes honorum
2. Recognition of Titles of Nobility or Royalty
3. Recognition of Personal Nobility, nobility of a sort not attached to a title
4. Recognition of gentle status (gentleman) — proposed
5. List of current reigning and ruling monarchies — proposed
