Superintendent of the Chapel

The officers of the Noble Company of the Rose, a dependency of The Augustan Society, Inc., include a Superintendent of the Chapel.

According to the Rule of the Company, this officer is appointed by the Magister Rosae, confirmed by the Board, and serves at the pleasure of the former.

Statutory duties include:

1. Service on the Council of the Noble Company

Presumed duties include:

1. Overseeing the funding, furnishing, and activities of the Chapel of the Rose when such exists
2. When a Chapel exists, proposing an annual budget for Chapel construction, maintenance, and operation to the Rose Receiver General
3. When a Chapel does not exist, proposing a target amount for and annual contribution to the Rose Chapel Fund
