[[Headquarters Staff]] began a screening to discard the unidentified clippings and move the unrelated items to a more appropriate place, but this has been discontinued for lack of time and member interest. One of the subjects studied by members of The Augustan Society, Inc., is Ancient Egypt. Thus it is appropriate for the Society to include an Egyptology Study Group.
Recently activated, this group must address as their first task of creating a Charter to define the scope of their studies.
