At this time, there is no clear policy on when someone should be removed from the roster. Former members who were discontinued before 2007 are not listed. Members who die should be marked "deceased", but left in the file. Contacts who die should be removed after a reasonable time (which has yet to be determined).

Officially, the price for hosting this website is a function of how many members are listed, with fees charged for each 100 members or fraction thereof. EasyNetSites has permitted us to be charged based on membership, not on the total number on this roster. This could change at their discretion, and a revised approach may be needed at that time.

An entry is to be created for every member, prospective member, client, and contact made. Headquarters Staff should deal with no one who has not been entered into the roster.
