The Roster of members and contacts of The Augustan Society, Inc., is kept on the Main Website hosted by CitySoft. The direct link is [1]. Note that this will only be visible if you are logged in as an admin and have "Membership" permission.
An entry is to be created for every member, prospective member, client, and contact made. Headquarters Staff should deal with no one who has not been entered into the roster.
At this time, there is no clear policy on when someone should be removed from the roster. Former members who were discontinued before 2007 are not listed. Members who die should be marked "deceased", but left in the file. Contacts who die should be removed after a reasonable time (which has yet to be determined).
