The Personnel Committee is responsible for the following ongoing duties as needed in regard to officer, volunteer, and compensated positions:

  1. Creation, review, and recommendation of office and job descriptions, onboarding and exit processes, and personnel training to the Board;
  2. Interview candidates and make appointment and hiring recommendations to the Board of Directors;
  3. Coordinate required resources for personnel;
  4. Creation, recommendation, implementation, and regular and timely evaluation of performance benchmarks;
  5. Compliance with industry best practices and legal requirements.
  6. The Chairman is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the President.
  7. Ex officio members include the President, Vice-President, and Secretary.
