The Headquarters Staff, in the conduct of their duties to The Augustan Society, Inc., have adopted policies to cover matters not addressed by the By-Laws, Board, or other sources of direction. They may be changed at will by Headquarters Staff, or they may be assumed and amended or repealed by the President or the Board.
