At times, the principal journal of The Augustan Society, Inc., was The Augustan,. The previous title had been Augustan Society Information Bulletin and the following title The Augustan Omnibus. For a time, it carried the title Forebears.
The Augustan published 71 issues between 1967 and 1971, and between 1975 and 2004 (during the gap the same material was published as Forebears. They were 8½×11" staple-bound, and ranged from 22 to 91 pages, with some published as double issues. All are available from the Augustan Society Online Store.
Subject material is now carried in The Augustan Omnibus.
