Roman Study Group
From Augustan Society Staff Wiki
One of the primary topics studied by members of The Augustan Society, Inc., is history, with Roman history, politics, philosophy, and its legacy being an important subset. Thus it is appropriate for the Society to include a Roman Study Group.
This group has at times been expanded into a Grecco-Roman Study Group. Such expansions (and contractions) are routinely made and undone by the Dean of Studies as the interests of the membership dictate. This group is of broader scope than the Age of Augustus Study Group, which focuses on the period of his life.
Presently inactive, the group may be reactivated by any member in Good Standing.
The first task of such a revived group would be to create a Charter to define the scope of their studies.
