Eagle Secretary General

The officers of the Order of the Augustan Eagle, a dependency of The Augustan Society, Inc., include an Eagle Secretary General.

According to the Rule of the Order, this officer is appointed by the Chief of the Order, confirmed by the Board, and serves at the pleasure of the former.

Statutory duties include:

• Service on the Eagle Council

Presumed duties include:

• Overseeing the records of the Order
• Overseeing the secretarial duties of the Eagle Administrator

Note: The office of Eagle Administrator is normally filled by the Assistant Secretary.
