Augustan

For a time, the principal journal of The Augustan Society, Inc., was The Augustan,. The previous title had been Augustan Society Information Bulletin and the following title The Augustan Omnibus. For a time, it carried the title Forebears.

The Augustan published 76? issues between 1967 and 1971, and between 1979 and 2004 (during the gap the same material was published as Forebears. They were 8½×11" staple-bound, or included in the perfect-bound Augustan Society Omnibus, and ranged from 20 to 91 pages, with some published as double issues. Subject material is now carried in The Augustan Omnibus.
