In order to facilitate several activities of The Augustan Society, Inc., it is necessary to share files, photos, and messages. One of the tools used for this is a Yahoo Group named "AugustanConvert" under the administration of the Webmaster.
The "Files" section is used by the Back Issue Digitizing Study Group to store PDF and RTF files used for their activities.
The "Photos" section is used by the Photo Collection Study Group to store image files used for their activities.
The "Conversations" section is used by both groups to coordinate activities and avoid duplication of efforts.
It may be found that these two uses are in conflict, in which case a new online group may well be employed for one or both of them.
