Statutory duties include:
*Service on the [[Eagle Council]]*Serving as an assistant to the chief administrative officer of the Order, the [[Eagle Grand Chancellor]]*Succeeds to the office of Eagle Grand Chancellor in the event that office becomes vacant or the officer is unable to perform his duties(though the Chief of the Order may install another in that post at his pleasure)
Presumed duties include:
*Learning the duties of the Eagle Grand Chancellor for eventual succession
