Changes

This under the direction of the [[Assistant Secretary]], is a private forum intended for use by members of the [[Board]] and , [[Consuls]] , and the [[Chairman|Chairmen]] of major committees to discuss Society business, and perhaps conduct some preliminary conversations about items to come before the Board. Only 2/3 of the [[Directors]] are presently members It has been difficult to convince all directors to participate, and fewer participateas a result this forum is rarely used.
