In order to facilitate the heraldic review activities of The Augustan Society, Inc., it is necessary to share files, photos, and messages. One of the tools used for this is a Yahoo Group named "AugustanHeraldry" under the administration of the Arms Chancellor, or in the vacancy of that office, the Webmaster.
Access is provided to all members of the Heraldry Committee and Headquarters Staff.
The "Files" section is used to recored and share petitions, supporting data, and emblazonments, including those proposed by petitioners.
The "Conversations" section is used to coordinate activities and avoid duplication of efforts. This section is not presently being used at the preference of the Justiciar General, a situation that could be reversed at his discretion.
