This under the direction of the [[Assistant Secretary]], is a private forum intended for use by members of the [[Board]], Headquarters staff, and the [[Chairman|Chairmen]] of major committees to discuss Society business, and perhaps conduct some preliminary conversations about items to come before the Board.
It has been difficult Due to convince all directors to participate, and as a result lack of participation, this forum group is rarely usedpresently dormant, with only the webmaster retaining membership. It may be quickly reactivated at need.
