It has not yet been decided if such surveys should be online only, print only, or online with print backup. Headquarters Staff recommend the latter for greatst coverage at minimum cost.
The data collected should be maintained in a database available in summary to the [[Board] and [[Finance Committee]], and in detail to the [[President]], [[Dean of Studies]], and in relevant part to the [[ChairmanCommittee Chairmen|Chairmen, Deans, and Coordinators]] of the various committees, Sub-Groups, and Study Groups.
One important datum to be kept is the date on which the information was collected, as such does go stale over time.
